Refund policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt). To initiate a return, please email us at gardennova0505@gmail.com before sending the item back.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Perishable goods such as plants, seeds, or fresh flowers

  • Hazardous materials like liquid fertilizers or gases

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale items or gift cards

Return Process:

  1. Contact us at gardennova0505@gmail.com to request a return authorization.

  2. If approved, we will provide a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions for sending the item to our return address:

  3. Please do not ship returns without authorization, as unapproved returns will be refused.

Damages & Defective Items:
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email with photos or video of the issue and your order number. We will cover return shipping for verified defective items.

Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Note that bank processing times may vary (up to 5 additional days). Sale items are only eligible for store credit, if approved.

Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.

EU Cooling-Off Period (14 Days):
Customers in the European Union may cancel orders within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned at the customer’s expense (unless defective).

Return Shipping Costs:

  • UK customers: Free returns if the return is due to our error; otherwise, the customer pays.

  • International customers: The customer covers return shipping.
