Shipping policy

We deliver to the United Kingdom only. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Delivery times vary depending on the shipping option selected at checkout:

Express Delivery (1-3 business days):

• Free for orders of £99.99 and above

• £7.99 for orders below £99.99

Standard Delivery (2-4 business days):

• Free for orders of £19.00 and above

• £3.99 for orders below £19.00

All orders include tracking information which will be sent to your email once your order is dispatched. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or incorrect shipping information provided.

For lost or delayed packages, please contact us at gardennova0505@gmail.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

Important Notes:

• We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

• Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed on the next business day

• During peak seasons, processing and delivery times may be extended
